Above all expectations...Adam and the boys did such a professional job and we couldn't be happier.With Adam's guidance, we selected a charcoal exposed aggregate and the colour is still perfect, two and half years on. We didn't quite understand the slight dips in some areas on the side pathways, but when it rains everything flows exactly where it is meant to..I would highly recommend them.

I called for a quote on a new driveway one afternoon, and Adam came that day and had provided a written quote by that evening. The job was professionally done in the timeline advised. There was a huge crew, and a couple of the boys helped me with some other work I was doing while they were waiting to pour. We're really happy with the result and recommend giving Adam a call if you are looking for concreting work.

I am very impressed with the concreting job that this company did for me and would highly recommend them. They were very professional and friendly and the men that turned up today worked really hard and didnt stop till the job was finished. I am very happy with the end result. They turned up when they said they would. A reasonable price as well.

The owner of this company is the most unprofessional, abusive and shady man I’ve ever heard of. I have a friend who has worked for Adam for the last year. Throughout this time, he has been verbally abused, not paid correctly, If at all on occasion and treated like dirt. He has been called useless, screamed at, insulted. I’ve also heard the owner talk very nasty about clients. All other workers have been lovely and think highly of my friend, but Adam has never stopped belittling him. Adam is only interested in money and does not care who he hurts in order to make it. My friend no longer works there, thank god!

What a mistake to go with this company.To start with they were very good. Unfortunately, this gave us a false sense of security and we went ahead and had the job done while we were away. When we got home we found they had run a bobcat into our new carport support pillar, causing significant damage. Rather than fixing this before laying the concrete, they just went ahead with the job, making to late to do anything about it. As a result we had to brick pillar around the uprights to hide the damage. They also damaged all of the down pipes, managed to to get cement splatter all the way up the exterior walls, and damaged the front doors. We had to get repair works done on the door costing nearly $500 and high pressure cleaning people in for the walls. We also found out they had cut the wires to our intercom and gate, causing us to have to replace the control units. They left about 600kg of slurry in the gardens, killing off all of the plants.The pipe they laid under the driveway to run reticulation electrical cables is completely useless as they were too lazy to cap it when laying the concrete and as a result, it is full of concrete and nothing will pass through it.The final straw can when we decided to replace a small wall that the concrete butted up against, to find the concrete was only approximately 60mm think, not the contracted 110mm. We have tried to contact the company and give them the opportunity to resolve this but are still yet to hear from them after two weeks.We now have to pay for independent assessors so that we can take the matter further. I get better service when buying a $20 toaster than spending $20,000 with this company.I would highly recommend you give this company a wide berth if you don't want to go through the headaches and additional costs that we have.

Had to keep calling to lock in a date after paying deposit, dates were changed numerous times. Didn't do most of what was promised and what was in the quote. splatter all over walls and new glass pool fence, job seemed rushed, finish is horrible.

Less than 2 years resurfacing began to lift, bubble and crack. Would not respond or return any of our emails, letters of complaints or phone calls. This was definitely not a cheap job costing $10 000. Would not recommend going anywhere near this business!

Adam and his team have done a wonderful job of our new pool area! A massive job that was completed with ease! We couldn’t be happier with the result. Absolute perfection!! Thanks again Adam.

Kustom Concrete Finishes were excellent to deal with. I sent an email enquiry just as everyone was slowing down for the Christmas break. Rather than ignore it, I had a call from John who explained that Adam would come and quote as soon as possible in the New Year.Well... to my surprise Adam showed up on the date and time agreed and as promised. He spent a lot of time running through various options and possible solutions in detail with me and made me feel comfortable about the proposed work during the whole conversation. The total time taken between Adam coming to quote and the job being completed was 7 days!The crew that showed up were prompt, polite and very easy to deal with. It may not have been the biggest job they've ever done but to me, it was just as important (being my residential home).They took care to work around a tricky side of the house and were mindful of new drainage and plumbing that had been installed all through the work area. During excavation one of the pit drains was clipped by the excavator (I have no idea how the didn't get them all to be honest, it was a tight squeeze!) but before I could even mention it, the leading hand was already well under way to replacing it without fuss or bother or charge.The pour and finishing went smoothly and even though I was working from home at the time, I didn't really notice they were there.My yard was left clean and tidy and everyone involved should be congratulated. They were even considerate enough to double check that the dog was safely inside before opening any gates or running machinery through the property to get to the work area.I will definitely be using them again. These guys are the real deal.

Spent big $ on concrete area only to now have rust coming through after they cut the concrete, been ringing an ringing them but no response ,what a pack of A%^H*#@=s
