I met Moana the manger from this store at the carousel store today and she is the bees knees! I have zero idea on fashion and she know exactly how to dress me and I bought a pile of beautiful clothes. I live in the countryside near baldivis but I will happy drive up to this store to see her again. Thank you Moana for your amazing help today!

Dotti seem to be a clothing store that ALWAYS has the best staff ever! Like creme de la creme!! Amazing and PRICELESS to any Stylist as myself. One time in Joondalup, the manager held my leather pleated skirt so kindly and no problem, I got your back kinda vibe. And yesterday, at Dotti Karrinyup, Sarah was so kind and accomodating. Her initiative to ask me if I need help warmed my heart. She brightens the room with such excellent customer care and willingness to help, reaching out and made one feel special. A genuine person. Thank you Dotti, I’m so a Dotti squad girl ♥️
