2 hours for the worst pedicure of my life. I usually come here and have a great experience but the nail tech today took my little toenail completely off. She buffed until there was no more to file off.

Loved how Helen took her time with my nails and really got every bit covered. I’ve never attended a place where I could not fault their work but this time I’m speechless. Absolutely in love with my nails which is a first! Love the shape, length and service they provided. Definitely longer than most places so if you are short on time I wouldn’t recommend but the wait is well worth it!I will be coming back :)I got fake tips with SNS for $50

This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done for the past 5 years. Firstly the person doing my manicure only filed one hand and not the other. She decided to file one nail down completely short but leave the rest long so all nails on the same hand are uneven. They are all also completely different shapes despite me showing a photo and her confirming she would do as pictured. She then spilt oil all over my jeans and charged me $100 for a manicure with no polish and a pedicure with basic polish. This wasn’t the same as the prices advertised. My nails are completely ruined - uneven, different shapes and one hand completely unfiled. So Terrible

SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY... Don't recommend this place at all. The worst manicure service I've ever had. Thanks god it's only regular nail lacquer, so I can remove it by nail polish remover. Also I expected something more from pedicure service. Exfoliating part was done by using just a little bit of pumice stone for 15 seconds maybe and a little bit of cream scrub. I expected profesional removal of the dead skin from the feet, not home- style care.

I wanted to get my nails removed and wanted to get my natural nails done French tip and I swear she said 17$ but ended up being $70 ??? Even tho my friend wanted to get a full set of s&ns nails and hers were only $60 ??And that’s just my natural nails

It's my go to place for nails.I have always had good experiences. The service is really good and relatively cheap in comparison to other places. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a little but they are always happy to accommodate you. Yesterday for example I called at 5 pm for manicure and pedicure with shellac and they were able to fit me in at 5:45. They close at 7 pm and they stayed until 7:10 pm with me.

I did my nail with Marry and I am very happy with the quality.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PARLOUR.- Bad service- Overpriced- Injures your fingersI walked in for a mani pedi, the price was already higher than my usual go to but thought to give it a go. Picked the colour I wanted but something else was painted on me.I told them to remove as it was not the colour I wanted, yet they wanted to make me pay for the additional removal. Throughout the process the owner/store manager was extremely rude.The outcome was I paid $80 - for subpar manicure pedicure service, some nails were not filed properly, my nails bled as they were rough on them, with no colour.

Would not recommend to come here, the first time I came it took 2 hours for SNS removal and re do and the second time I came here it took 35 mins for the same process but the woman doing it was soo rude and rough with me she would pull my hand to reposition it like I was a naughty child, her nails were soo long they would pinch me and instead of moving my hand she would twist my fingers when doing the cuticles, won’t go back here again
