We have worked with Cyber Drafting Services for over 3 years now on multiple projects and love the service and expertise they provide.We encourage all our clients to engage Cyber for their design and pre-construction phase.We always end up with a great design that that is on budget, ticks all the boxes and often exceeds our clients expectations.

Cyber Services Group / Cyber Drafting & Design has the worst levels of customer service, professionalism, business management, time management and accountability that I have ever encountered. It took Ashton and Erin 18 months to complete what they described as a very basic design. Emails requesting management intervention very early on remain unanswered 12 months later.When we finally received the ‘Working Drawings’ they were missing highly important design aspects like . . . . fire proofing!! Wow.Builders could not understand the drawings for the purpose of quoting as the drawings included no internal design features, features like exhaust fans, cupboards, flooring, lighting and power.I’ve tried dispute resolution with Ashton Genrich (Design Principle,) who unfortunately hasn’t responded since June 2022.All I can do now is inform and warn others.

I will only comment on my experience with cyber drafting as a whole. We employed Cyber Drafting to draw plans for an extension to our home. It began with the initial agent turning up hours late and not being prepared for the appointment. After the consultation our paper work was lost for a period and delayed the process greatly. Crunch time came and the bank needed plans to continue with the loan. Cyber completed the working drawings and submitted them to us. On completion of the drawings, there was no consultation on engineering requirments added after the initial drawing consultation.It was a surprise to us when half way through our build 2 x nib walls were bring added to the kitchen and living room!The attention to detail with this firm is incredibly poor and not what we expected as Cyber Drafting came highly recommended. I would never recommend. Builders beware!

We are so glad we found Cyber-Drafting & Design (Gold Coast). Michael was prompt, professional, amiable, efficient and honest, you cannot ask for more from a company thank you once again! If we move and need any more work done in the future we will certainly be calling them - without a doubt!

So happy with the service and plans we had designed through Cyber. Their ideas, drawings and especially their renders were well beyond our expectations. They made it so easy with progressing our job through engineering and building approval. We were told this process was a nightmare, but they made it easy and dare I say...fun!
