Really impressed with the work the hosts have done to build a new facility that was spot on for our group's needs for a mountain biking weekend in Derby... will definitely be back (for the mountain biking, but also perhaps just for a weekend away).It's the little things that made a difference - quality of bathrooms, and fittings generally; the cool internet connected TV (!); the fully equipped workshop, etc.Great work team, thanks for the chance to stay at your place!

Such a spacious one bedroom apartment! Very well maintained, excellent location and an excellent space to secure your bikes! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing, convenient location. Stunning views from every room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lodge was modern, very clean and comfortable providing everything we needed. A nice place to come home to after riding up the mountain all day. Loved the deck & cozy fireplace.

What a great job Benny has done with this, you can see it's been thought about from a mountain bikers perspective. Good bike storage, bike wash area and workshop! Awesome.But it's also the little things inside that make it feel the lodge that make a difference, all our crew of 14 made that same comment. Quality fixtures and fittings that are made to stand the test of time and space enough that we could feed all our crew and sit around without feeling on top of one another.Oh and the trails are close too!I just hope that everyone who stays here treats the Lodge with the respect and care that it deserves and has been put into it's build and fit out.

Awesome location, nicely appointed, spacious accommodation and very well equipped. Flexibility of an early check in by Anastasia and Ben as it became available ( Perfect ! ). The only complaint from the 4 x 12 year old boys I took ( or did they take me ?) - next time we must come for 5 nights not 2. Not the cheapest accommodation in Derby but top range excellent value for money.Well done to Anastasia & Ben - you've nailed in on all fronts and we'll certainly be back !!

Thank you once again to Anastasia and Ben from The Derby Lodge for offering a very comfortable contemporary residence in the heart of Derby. The property offers all the mod cons (heated bathroom floors being a real bonus), a double garage to work on bikes and securely stow them and is perfectly located less than a minutes ride from the Derby trail head. If you're looking for quality accomodation to stay with your family or a bunch of mates, you can't look past The Derby Lodge.

Fantastic place to stay whilst in Derby. Located a short walk to everything in town, a beautiful view and an amazing house. It's the perfect base for your MTB trip to Derby. The hosts were warm and friendly, allowing us a late check out so we could shower before flying back to Queensland. We will 100% be back and are already planning that trip.

This place is fantastic, it has everything! Highly recommend! Very clean, comfortable and I had a amazing week with the family. Right next to the mountain if you are going riding. Has a awesome bike shed / cleaning station with a ton of tools, racks, bike work stands. We walked to the town which is 2 mins away every day! Will be back again! Thanks Ben and Anastasia!
