I have been coming to craigieburn hairhouse warehouse for over two years now. In that time I have found both Sonia and Maria to be very friendly and helpful, I am offered a coffee when I have my hair coloured and having my head massaged is amazing. Maria knows exactly how to do my hair and how I like it straightened. She is one of the best hairdressers I have been to yet.Keep up the great work girls.

As a hairdresser I am very sceptical in going to salons.I was very happy with my experience at Hairhouse Warehouse Craigieburn. I had my haircut by Dalal who I highly recommend she had the best customer service and communication skills which are rare these days. Her professionalism was impeccable and I will be a returning customer. 10/10

I have never come across a retail staff member as I did when I entered this store on the weekend. Sonia served me with such high standards her knowledge was expectational she knew exactly what to recommend me without any hesitation. She was bubbly friendly and cared for my needs. She greeted customers with a beautiful smile she makes the place so warm and friendly with her caring nature towards her customers this was so visual in my experience in the store as she was complimented by many others as well. The store is very lucky to have such a beautiful caring staff member representing there store. Keep up the great work Sonia.

Don’t bother with this store the staff are unhelpful and have little knowledge outside of up selling for kick back. They would rather make things difficult than Actually doing their job. Another disappointment for craigieburn why bother shipping her at all. Your attitudes are disgusting

Very happy with haircut and blow wave from Maria- hard these days to find a good hairdresser that can blow wave and Maria did an excellent job:) Will be going again. Price is reasonable and friendly staff.
