First time purchaser, hoping for some fantastic flavours! You can buy or order fresh or frozen meals in different sizes. Limited fresh foid in store, so best to call first. Easy to find as there is a large mural on their outside wall.

Fantastic tasting and great quality food at amazing value. I've tried quite a few of their offerings, hard to pick a favourite. Highly recommend the butter chicken if that's your thing, but the surprise highlight for me is the sweet potato, chickpea and kale patties. Family owned and operated in SA. Forget the other prepared meal companies and support local.

I have 2 extremely difficult eaters... so much so that dinner time usually reduces me to tears or extreme stress, not to mention a hefty schedule including lots of afterschool sports or therapy appts.We placed our first order last week and all meals have been a huge success, plates have come back to kitchen empty, kids aren't eating junk and I'm not as stressed about feeding them.I've tried each thing as well and the food is absolutely delicious.There are a lot of food delivery/ meal prep places but prep house was the only one I found that worked for a house with 2 spectrum kids who won't try new things. We will be back again and again!

Went with wife for a coffee @ it takes a village cafe (great coffee and in house baked items), we saw this store and people carrying boxes. Just went to check the shop and bought butter chicken for trial. What an amazing find.. Kids loved it.. Really tasty and reasonable priced.. Will try other items soon.. Highly recommendable..
