The Good Guys O'Connor
I have been a loyal Good Guys customer for many years and returned a broken Microwave at the Good Guys O'conner store on 1.9.2019 (three months ago). The chair in the service area provided in the area collapsed. The accident resulted in a concussion. They replaced the Microwave that was still under warranty and asked me to send them an injury report. Which I did, but they never got back to me about the injury. I have never been involved in a personal injury case, however you are the Good Guys and i was hoping for a response or some sort of acknowledgement.

Yesterday I needed a specific remote, I rang the good guys and Sam said he had the one I needed.I arrived 30 minutes later and a cheerful young man introduced himself as Sam. He remembered and passed me the remote..Way to go Sam. It was also less expensive than I expected.4 th March 2023Update ; My buds were broken and if you're like me and love music while you walk, I went to The Good Guys midday. I was asked if I needed help and it was Sam ! I got a great deal and fantastic service, Thanks

Good guys by name only. Customer service appalling. Zero care for loyal customers.Make sure you buy a reputable, reliable product - as they are completely unwilling and uncooperative when it comes to returns of faulty items. This is in spite of me spending thousands of dollars over the past few years at this store.Oh well, old mate Gerry next door will be getting all my business from now on...

I have now moved my shoppings to Harvey Norman next door at O’Connor instead. Disappointed with the money and products spent at TGG ( The Good Guy) bad deliveries and missing information booklets and no support on using the high end products paid, i have paid hundreds of dollars to their technical contractors, installers but had to finally seek outside tradesman to get things moving. Their sales is just abouts sales and closure. I have since bought other products from HN ( Harvey Norman) much sincere/genuine with their after Sale services.

We purchased an air conditioner unit with basic back to back installation through The Good Guys O’Connor. To say we hit a few hurdles would be accurate (with COVID, a questionable contractor, a faulty product) and this meant that between us purchasing the Air-conditioner in store and it actually being in our home working there was approximately a 6 month delay. However, as each issue arose I was able to communicate with the store manager and find a resolution to the problem. The manager and staff were professional and proactive. We very much appreciate the level of service provided. We will head to this store first when purchasing electrical equipment in the future. Thank you to the staff at The Good Guys O’Connor.

Rather than write a review only when service is poor, I am realising the importance of mentioning when service is good: today I had my dishwasher installed and the contracted persons did a fantastic job, showing both respect and professionalism. 5 Stars!

Having recently purchased an oven, hot plate, dishwasher, microwave and Range-hood, I have spent quite a bit of time at The Good Guys O’Connor in recent months. Each time I visited and asked for advice I was met with professional, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The customer service I received from Brigitte, Peter and William was wonderful and much appreciated.

They messed up every part of a simple sale. No stock, so they ordered from their Malaga store, but they never sent it and we had to do the chasing up after a week of silence. We went to Malaga ourselves, and later found the invoice was incorrect. Finally, we bought the item with a promise of a store cashback offer.... Which never came. Every staff member, though friendly, did little to help the process. Currently on endless hold waiting to speak with 'corporate'.... I doubt I'll buy from good Guys again, and if I do, it won't be from this store!
