Le Beaute

I have been to Le Beaute twice now since I moved to Sydney and both times I got different hair colours ( full head of foils then I dyed my hair red) and they did the job amazingly for both. Great price, super friendly staff and they made my hair exactly like the photo I showed them. Highly recommend.

Would love to give it zero stars, went to this place to have some foils around my face…asked for them to be copper.. the hair dresser could hardly speak english but assured me she knew what i wanted. She proceeded to ‘blotch’ bleach around my hairline at the base of the foils she ‘scrunched’ into my hair… then left me for 30 mins… all the hair around my face broke off and she refused to tone it at all, i left with yellow hair. My straight blowdry was so bad i had damp curls around the entire nape of my neck. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

0 starsMy experience was far from pleasant on Tuesday 12/7/22. I asked if there was availability to get my hair washed & blow dried & was asked if I wanted it straight or wavy.I responded with “wavy is fine”.Conditioner was not applied to the hair wash and when I questioned this, I was told “ if you want wavy hair you don’t do conditioner” & I told her I hadn’t ever heard of that before and asked her if she was sure as my hair can get knotty without it as it is long.She proceeded to dry my hair, tug at all the visible knots & had to use scissors to cut some out. She proceeded to tease my hair at the roots & curled my hair with curling tongs ( spraying each strand individually with hairspray). This is definitely not what I asked for.Once done, I was told my wash & blow dry would cost $65.I left so embarrassed that I had to tie my hair into a bun to walk through the centre. I spent the next day re-washing all the products out & trying to detangle and remove all the knots caused by the lady. This has resulted in much hair loss & such a waste of my time & money.

The are very rude! I came in to get my hair coloured, after 30 minutes waiting the hairdresser proceeded a 10min lecture could not have my colour requested done. She said you need to sign a document if I color your hair you’ll not complain!!So unprofessional behaviour I walked out and went to the next door beauty salon then they did the exact requested color for me!

Korina and Sarah are absolutely amazing! My hair was damaged and dull when I came in. I left with healthy, gorgeous and beautiful hair! Thank you so much girls! You’re all incredible!

A few months ago had my hair cut by a lovely lady, think her name was Leanne and she cut my hair well.A month or so later was told by a number of ladies that Sarah would cut my hair as they do not perform or deal with short styles which I found odd as they're hairdressers after all therefore should be able to deal with any type of hair.I showed Sarah a photo which I thought was pretty self explanatory, however she just didn't get it. I had to keep explaining what I wanted and basically had to tell her how to cut it to achieve it.Come on ladies, even the hairdressers at Just Cuts in Top Ryde cut and style better than you lot!Won't be going back. Even their customer service is extremely poor and I think it quite rude when they're talking Arabic to each other whilst not even acknowledging your presence.

Ever since i got my hair dyed back to its natural colour my hair has been falling out. the colours don’t even match properly. i previously had half my hair blonde and the other side brown, the lady said she could get it almost identical but it’s incredibly obvious that one side is a lot lighter. my hair majorly falls out on the side they dyed. On top of that i asked for a wolf cut, showed multiple pictures and everything and the lady gave me a borderline bob instead.

HORRIBLE! The most horrible experience in my life ! I went in for base hair colour and highlights. I was told it’ll be $170 including base Color, highlights, wash blow dry and haircut ! The only thing they did was highlights. The girl who was going to cut my hair was leaving when I stopped her and asked if she’s still doing my cut and she goes can you come tomorrow I’m leaving!? They did not put any base colour on the ends of my hair idk why when I asked the lady she said oh I’ll do it and never did so I had a little base colour on the roots and nothing on the ends- result— I had highlights and base colour on the roots and my ends still had washed out highlights from my previously done Color !! THIS IS THE WROST PLACE TO GO TO. Do not even think of going here!

If I could give this place zero stars I would.Booked in for a wash and blow dry for 2 people informed them that I have curly hair and wanted my natural curls out.I walked out with wet crusty hair, the other person walked out with a blow dry a 3 year old would of done better.
