Pretty good service. Love the 'After Dinner Mint' ice cream

My partner ordered via Uber eats & had Specific instructions added to order info at the bottom.However order arrived CLEARLY the instructions were not followed.Now if the person making the order was smart enough.. They'd have fixed the order then and there before sending it as they CLEARLY saw the instructions. As left us a note in the bag to apologise for not seeing the instructions until after the order was packed..Instead of correcting the order then and there they before sending it out.The staff clearly cannot follow procedure, have no attention to detail & no common sense…Very disappointed & unsatisfied with the process. Staff should pay attention to details especially with online orders, they MUST have common sense & should be following procedure.To top it off, I called to complain & the staff had no idea what to do or say.

Fantastic ice cream and service from the young man working tonight. He was very eager to work and attended his many duties with a smile.

Nice ice-creams but a little bit expensive.

Sunday 24/07/22 Props to the young guy working tonight. Run off his feet but didn't lose his cool or his patience. Was polite and friendly to everyone, and fast while he was serving. He should be proud of himself for the way he handled himself all on his own.Everytime we have been here the staff have been friendly and got our orders correct. I'd happily come back

a group us went to cold rock at 9:35 on the 5/05/23, and the boy working wouldn’t open the door and continued to say the shops closed when there was half an hour left till closing time. highly disappointed as we heard great things about this place and we went out our way to get there.

Our go to for a frozen treat! The owner's are lovely and very friendly. My son is lactose intolerant and the other day they accommodated my request to mix up some dairy free sorbet to make it look like my other child's rainbow icecream. Thy definitely provide good customer service! Wide range of icecream flavours and good quality.

Owner is extremely rude! Do not waste your time or money. I am a new mum trying my best, I parked my car in a car spot out the front for two minutes (not realising it was a cold rock spot as the store was closed) to put some washing on at the laundromat next door and she decided to block my car in (even though there were other parks available). My newborn is now screaming, hungry and tired - while I wait for this very rude woman to move her car.

This is my go to place for ice cream birthday or celebration cakes . Not only is the ice cream delicious but the owner here is always so patient kind helpful goes out of her way and time to make sure we get the best service and product! Great service and great seeet treats to be had !
