Kindly asked the sales assistant about whether there's an authenticity card in the bag before buying (which i couldnt find and there wasn't). She said she can guarantee and has a money back service, which I wanted to know more about. She started getting very defensive, talked all over me and wouldn't let me finish, then accused me of arguing with her. She stated that her clients are very wealthy therefore it's all real, which I didn't really doubt and just wanted to know if there was an authenticity card/external authenticity certificate. However, the attitude towards me was very poor and ruined my shopping experience completely. I hope it doesn't have anything to do with me not being a multimillionaire to her knowledge or me not being white.

Magnificent little boutique with very reasonable prices and an excellent range. Staff were amazing. Recommended.

When I go in with my mother I’m often greeted. Whenever I go in alone, I don’t even get a hello. It’s a small store and I’m generally the only customer in there at the time with the sales person at the counter on their phone. It’s extremely uncomfortable standing next to someone and feeling watched but not even getting a smile. They have great products, prices are so-so but I only ever go in for a few seconds.
