Worest experience ever. One of the employe who works here is soo mean and rude. Don’t even know how to deal with customers then maybe u should leave ur job and do something. Coles need to train their staff as they have lack of customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I had in a coles express as a regular customer of coles. Mostly at night shift. Today 1st of September 2021 at 10.40pm. I’ve been to top up fuel and customer service officer was filling the shelves at the store and I was waiting more than 5 minutes until he turn on the pump he saw me and did not care. He was doing his own work. And the customer care person was from Indian nationality and do not know how to speak friendly and respectively for customers. I am regular customer of this store and have noticed customer service person always on phone calls at night. Really disappointed about their service and I have complained this to coles customer service.

Never busy; always in and out quick without any waiting. Like most Coles Express Stations they have cheap coffees that are good for the price ($1.50 medium and $2 for large as of 2017). This shop also often has marked down items. Got a big bag of chips for $1. If you're heading in to Melbourne, it's easy enough to U-turn at the lights to go to this Coles Express, and then U-turn again at the lights at Cooper St to continue down to Melbourne.

He said now is late for the flybuy card..... seriously? Why you do not asking before ... i don't know what step of process I have to pass the card. No good attitude no way I Will pass again for fuel my track.

drive past it everyday since its opened - consistently 10 to 20 cents more expensive than the servos up the road... good to pick up things in the express store but not for fuel...
