Age Care Directions

As a busy professional I needed at stress free solution to help manager my parents through the age care system. Anthea and Andrew provided that and more. Being experts in their field they alleviated the stress and maze of forms. There experience was invaluable during the process and I continue to recommended there service to friends.

My siblings and I cannot recommend Aged Care Directions highly enough. It was the best decision we made to call Anthea and Andrew as the combination of their nursing and finance skills was exactly what my family needed.They were able to provide advice on every aspect of the aged care system and it reduced the stress of the whole situation knowing the application process was being handled by such an experienced team.They are a lovely couple to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and they were in regular (daily) contact during the process. In fact, Anthea is still in touch to check how mum is going and see if we have any questions which is extremely kind.Thank you Anthea and Andrew, your service and kindness has been so very appreciated by my family.

Anthea and Andrew were fantastic to have on board to help our family navigate our way through the various steps from early assessment to final placement for my ageing parents. They are very caring and compassionate people that we highly recommend.

Prior to meeting Anthea and Andrew I knew nothing about the Aged Care System, however, during my first contact with Anthea, she went to great lengths to educate me about the process in finding a good placement for my mother, who at that time was being temporarily cared for in the Public Hospital System. following an event at her home. A subsequent meeting and telephone calls with Anthea and Andrew resulted in them finding a placement for my mother (aged 95) at a nursing home a few minutes from me where she has now settled, in lovely surroundings run by caring and professional people. I gladly recommend Anthea and Andrew and thank them for their assistance during an extremely difficult time.
