Hi there,I emailed to cancell my donation and also requested for the invoice of donations. However, you don't follow up my request of cancellation at all but just sent me the tax invoice only ..? The phone line is also not answered, and people are calling me from their own mobile phone to ask me increasing the donation .. what's going on ..? I'm very confused with this foundation. This is not the way to raise the fund, isn't it ..?

I dontated 50 dollars and specifically asked not to be contacted again. Two weeks later a phone call asking for more money. If you want to be left alone dont give them money. I am very dissapointed.

Have never donated or joined a mailing list but just received a huge envelope including a note pad, magnets, custom envelope stamps with my name and address, a prepaid envelope and multiple pieces of high quality, colour printed paper all telling me that just $25 donated could make a difference...... I'm sure it would if any of the money actually made it past this company's overhead costs to the people who actually need it.

Proceeded to get my details even when I was still confused about the charity, but accepted my rejection so overall just require more training otherwise pleasant to talk to.
