What a great bunch of people! Resiwise was recommended to us by our Architect and he was right. Dan, Anette and Jonathon have made our building experience much easier than it would have been in the middle of COVID, delays with building supply and shortage of tradies.Their level of professionalism and honesty was 100%. They were very knowledgeable and were able to easily help and guide me through all the necessary steps, they were also able to answer any questions that I could come up with. First rate surveying company, we used Dan and his team for our owner build, knock-down-rebuild 50 sq home. They were very professional, friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole journey. Dan and the team at Resiwise are fantastic to deal with.I was referred to Dan by a family member of mine as I was in trouble with the Council for the extensions and renovations that I was doing at my house.He sat me down at his office and explained everything as to how we are going to solve them one by one and he did. So now thanks to DAN I have finished The renovation and extension that we want it.What Dan and his team has done for my family I can not forget. I strongly recommend him Who needs a building surveyor.
