Attended today and initially felt very anxious about a one hour procedure. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, despite all the necessary Covid extras happening. Followed by professional and no fuss specialist dental work which made me appreciate the calibre of Adelaide's Health professionals! How fortunate we are! Thoroughly recommend.

Dr. Aaron Seet at Victoria Park Specialist Centre is by far the best Endodontist I have ever met. I had a horrible experience overseas on holiday- long story short they botched several teeth and when I came home to Adelaide I was referred to Dr. Seet. My experience with him and the staff was fantastic.Dr. Seet:-Professional bed side manner -Thoroughly explained himself and process of procedures-Kind and Curtious-Followed up with me after my treatment to see if I was okStaff:-Always happy and smiling in the front office-Happy to help guide me through payment options with my situation-Always followed up personally with phone calls and texts for appointment reminders- Was extremely helpful in emailing me statements and history of my appointments and proceduresI had such a horrible experience overseas and I was truly afraid to see another dentist after the excrustiating pain I was in. Dr. Seet forever changed my mind that not all dental practitioner's are bad. He truly cares for his patients. He takes so much pride in his work, and it shows in all he does. Highly recommended!!!

I attended here in August 2021 for jaw moulds, facial scans and a report on what was required to replace the all but 5 teeth i have remaining related to military service. The report was for the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).It was finally what i had been waiting for for so long. I was so grateful. To look forward to being able to eat nearly everything again, and to be able to SMILE again.Unfortunately, it is now Sept 2022 and after 6 phone calls/emails sent (which you and my Defence Force advocate are fully aware of) i have no reply, no report...nothing. Not even a reason. After i also paid myself for this appointment after a DVA error just before going into the centre.So...while you’re so nonchalant about this, I have to suffer longer with 5 teeth to eat. There’s only so much mash potato and jelly one can take you know.Anyway. I am very disappointed that this has occurred and I guess i have no choice but to contact APHRA.My name here is changed for privacy reasons.

Dr Rory Hancock is the most professional, knowledgeable and gentle dentist I have been to. My teeth have been well looked after by Rory for over 11 years. I initially seen Rory for a previous dentist disaster, this disaster was for my front tooth which had a root canal completed and the previous dentist injected bleach into my tooth which left it black and white striped with an inflamed gum. This was 1 week before I was getting married. He completed a miracle before my wedding, and completed the crown with success. He has further completed another successful two crowns. Highly recommend!
