I have previously used Ray White Brunswick to sell a property. I recently had Michael And Willy come do an apprialsal to sell our family home. The comparables they put together in their proposal were non comparable to our Clayton property. The catchment has limited real estate agents, so it is probably why they get away with charging such high fees and are confident and arrogant about it. I highly recommend Century 21 they were very easy to deal with and sold my property within 4 days on the market.
