Have had a 2 x copier machines from Kiss over 10 years. Service levels are ridiculously good. We get toner that just arrives as soon as low when we didn’t even realise it was required. Have had their technicians out a handful of times to help setup PCs of new hires and fix problems that we caused and they have appeared same day as called.Our printer is a Konica and it hasn’t missed a beat.Thoroughly recommend.

I've been dealing with KISS since they opened and have had only 1st class service ever since. The machine is amazing now having dome almost 400,000 copies it just keeps going, the few times we've needed service in the years we've had it, the guys have been here in a prompt way to keep us printing. Phenomenal business to partner with. We have used Kiss for several years with multiple machines and their service is second to none. Their tech staff went above and beyond in helping us set up our machines (to the point that I bought their staff gift cards because they were so generous and patient). We interviewed all big brands when choosing a solution, and John and the team were a true stand-out. They backed it up at every step of they way and this review is some 4 years down the track of having our print services with them. Highly recommend.

Adrian, John and the whole team at Kiss have been fantastic. We are an Mac based operation which can make these things tricky, but it has been seamless. The sales process was simple and the rates highly competitive, but the most important component has been the ongoing service after the sale.
