After a mobile mechanic failed to install a new water pump correctly which required a complete redo, John took it on even with the workload he had at the end of July. I had the car back in no time with John even working late and he was good enough not to charge full price as he understood what had happened. This kind of service and professionalism is great to see these days and can’t recommend John and his team highly enough!

John and the team are absolutely unreal to deal with. Always friendly, knowledgeable and timely. I’ve dealt with several mechanics over the years, living between Sydney and Wollongong, and the Procar team are a cut above. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Nothing is ever too hard. Go above and beyond. John is amazing at making you not feel like an idiot if you know nothing about cars. Knowledgeable, reliable and efficient! Been going here for almost 9 years with two different cars. Cannot recommend highly enough!
