Very knowledgeable and friendly team. I've been going to them for years for a few sport and gym related injuries. They've always take great care in diagnosing the injury as well as excessive massage and use of various pieces of equipment to get you back in fighting form. They take the effort to give you a good understanding of how you can build strength and mobility as well to ensure the injuries don't return.Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get back on track quickly or to increase awareness and skill around strength and mobility.

Update: Clinic reached out and acknowledged they were understaffed on that day and it shouldn’t have happened. Offered to refund which was very decent of them. Hence 3 stars :)Greg and his team are lovely and friendly. However I was booked at the same time as Greg had 4 other patients and I received only 15 minutes attention overall as he kept juggling between all his clients in one big room. Really disappointed with the lack of care, no real advice given around exercises.
