was told the part I ordered would take 2-3 days to receive. They took 6 days to process the order, sent it by courier rather than Australia Post as requested (at higher cost) and 12 days later the courier is yet to deliver

I have an eight year old Kyocera copier which was diagnosed with a power problem. The technician basically said that its not worth fixing. Given the times, I ended up reaching out to Kyocera who put me on to Parts Alliance and I was able to purchase the faulty part. The part arrived the next day and I was able to fix the copier. Saved thousands $$$. I highly recommend Parts Alliance, if and when the need arises I'll be going back to them. Thanks again for helping me out.

Do Not UseWe were loyal Customers for a time until a part was delivered damaged. There was zero customer service and assistance when we requested a replacement. We were dismissed and accused of making the damage ourselves.Leave well alone...You have been warned.

We ordered a part and was sent an invoice without the part being sent.When we contacted them about the invoice to confirm payment and delivery expectations we were told that they didn't have any in stock, and would not order any in as it was discontinued.In my book, sending out an invoice for something you didn't send, don't have and won't order is not good business practice.
