John is a real lifesaver! I ran into a bit of an issue with another shipping company and I reached out for some assistance. I am just shipping some personal goods internationally and so was feeling quite bit out of my depth. John was extremely helpful and honest. He gave me a hand and I am forever grateful. If you are looking for a shipping company I would give these guys your business.

Only advice for customers is to take pricing prior to engagement.We were told approx cost of $100-$200 but later invoiced for $1400aud for a $50aud item.We ended up paying for the costs as did not want to go through un-necessary stress. JOHN also swears on the phone if you start questioning him.So please readers, get a written quote coz this company very well knows about quarantine inspections costs as well as Gov charges associated to it.Their process is not transparent or fair so customers please be careful.

Unbelievably rude.. called to follow up a quote and 'John' answered the phone seeming to be completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Not too sure how you stay in business, update your webpage while you're at it, if you don't 'work' on a Saturday and develop your communication skills, incredibly incompetent.
