Cherry Court Vet Clinic

Vet was closed. No information for emergency situations. Previously had our dogs vaccinated at Cherry Court and they charge like wounded bulls.If you can, try either Bassendean Vet Clinic or the Yokine Vet Clinic which is where I ended up.

Dr Jade is a really excellent diagnostician. She helped me work with my elderly golden retriever who has had constant nail problemsDue to an autoimmune disease. She was really encouraging about addressing his health holistically. I’m pleased to say he is so much better than he ever was before he was in her excellent care.Thank you Dr Jade. The best vet practice. The team are wonderful. We had Georgie there for 3 days she went through two surgeries and we were very lucky to be able to bring her home. If you need a vet this is the place to go. Very professional friendly and caring .

Vets are nice enough but extremely over priced for castration, they were charging up to $650, when at Vet24 in balcatta charged a capped price of $310.*EDIT - Following response from the owner*The Charge of $650 did not include any further blood work, it was the castration procedure alone.I also called the clinic and advised that I had received a price of $310 from Vet24 and I was going switch vets due to this issue, and the staff member I spoke to did not provide any further discussion or attempt to review the pricing I was given. So the staff are not open to discuss quotes or payment options at all. I had provided the opportunity to the staff to rectify this issue prior to my review.Unfortunately this was my experience when attending this vet, hence my review, but the owner seems very defensive and unapologetic to my experience, instead would rather argue as to what review they would expect to receive.

We used Cherry Court Vet Clinic for our Westie cross for most of his life, until we were too far away and at the end of his life. We were always pleased by their service and care. He was happy and healthy through the vast majority of his long life and supported well through the clinic. He always enjoyed his grooming visits there as well. They showed great care and we were grateful for their compassion when we informed them of Edison's end of life. If not for the fact that we now live too far away, we would gladly use their services again.

I would confidently recommend this VET to anyone, the people are so warm, hospitality is above and beyond, the doctors and nurses are kind, loving, gentle and great people. I used to go to Swan Vet in Midvale(they are great too, just overly busy), but now I have changed my mind. Cherry court will always be my prefered clinic. I love this vet clinic. The staff are great, they have good people skills and really care (too much) for the animals they help. Prices are reasonable, and the service is superb with vet care. And they have a fantastic sense of humour. I highly recommend then, and bring them solve healthy snacks when you pop in next, because they will surely spoil your animal with treats, cuddles and TLC.I had to make the hard decision for my dog on 15 Nov 2021. I can't say enough of these amazing people at the Clinic. They really loved Ziva and it showed in their love and compassion when I was there as she closed her eyes for the last time. Took my anxious cat to see Dr. Berol. She was absolutely lovely and took the time to create a relaxing environment and make my cat feel comfortable (as much as could be expected) during her consultation. The whole visit went down without a scratch - pun intended.The practice reception area is very clean and the reception staff were also very nice. I love how they have a seperate dog and cat waiting area as well!Finally, as someone who has worked as a vet nurse for over 12 years, I definitely get the vibe that the management team in this practice provide staff with the resources they need to perform their jobs properly, so that no corners need to be cut in the care of the animals.Overall, great practice! Will definitely be coming back for all of my future pet care needs!

Went to Cherry Court after recommendations and having so so experiences with other vets.And they certainly lived up to the expectations!These lovely professionals are amazing.Our little cat Inka isn't the easiest of patients.Credit to Dr Jess and the fantastic staff for taking care of her.The after care and follow-up is much appreciated.Can't thank you enough!
