My experience with Ray White Metro North has been rather pleasant, my real estate agent Shai Hiliau is professional, efficient and has high work ethic. Shai supported me after I was affected by the 2022 flood crisis. She is very responsive and is very very knowledgeable about real estate industry. Thanks!

Ray White have managed our rental property for over 30 years. Service has been fantastic . Proactive and on the ball service. The property has never not been leased. Maximum returns with the management and communication of property maintenance immediate whilst implementing a balanced cost/benefit approach.. All hassles of owning an investment property taken care of. Jessica Harding was our latest property manager at this agency and she has continued to deliver the high standard service to us by Ray White over these past many years.

We rented through Ray White Metro North for close to 3.5 years and Yamila + the team could not have been better to us throughout the tenancy. Any concerns or questions the team were quick to respond. Would 100% rent through them again!

Property manager Jessica Harding has always been excellent and helpful everytime we needed anything with our tenanted property with prompt replies and positive outcomes to even getting mail that wasn't caught by our redirection. We can't thank her enough for all the work she's put in for us!

Premium Experience.This team works so well together and maintained great communication with us from offer to settlement - Jon, was friendly, thoughtful, insightful and attentive to our needs. His team were prompt in getting back to us every time and helped everything run smoothly. We were made to feel welcome and Jon helped me a lot as this was my first purchase - giving me clear step by step instructions, what to expect and who to talk to about different elements of the process. This is a truly terrible real estate agency. They made significant mistakes with the lease, meaning one whole person was not included on the lease which is entirely ILLEGAL. They never notified us when the owner was on the property (which is illegal), they never fixed critical appliances like the stove top (leaving us without capacity to cook!!), and sending only 1 tenant (purely at random which one) communication that should be sent to all of us. For periods of time they would not reply or tell us the issues could not be fixed (when we called) until our property manager was back from leave/holidays, rather than having someone else help us?! If you are looking to lease your property, save your future tenants pain and suffering by NOT choosing ray white metro north.

Absolutely amazing support from Gypsy and Yamila - they helped us in our hunt for a rental in a crazy market during a crazy interstate move! They were always available and provided great and quick communication and support. Super grateful!

I have been renting a property through Ray White Metro North for the last 4+ years and I've always found them to be easy to deal with and very responsive. In particular I liaise with Jessica Harding and she has always gone above and beyond to assist us when required. She is very polite, professional and always ensures that our few requests for maintenance have been actioned within a short period of time and that we are kept updated. In particular she has been very understanding during a very stressful time that I've experienced recently after a break in and has liaised between us and the landlord to have some additional security installed to ensure my piece of mind and able to relax again in my home.

Ray White North Metro, and especially Shai have been nothing but accommodating for us in our rental process. Amazing communication, always happy to answer our calls and reply to our many questions. A top tier service so far and excited to continue building that relationship!
