Fantastic company to deal with. We have purchased indoor and outdoor furniture from Nextrend Bundaberg for our caravan park for several years now and the service has always been excellent. I'm not sure these five star reviews are genuine. I bought two items; two days later I got an email with an Australian Post tracking number. However, after almost three weeks, the tracking number is still not checked - pending. There was no reply to the messages I sent. The comment I wrote on Facebook was immediately deleted...

Straight forward exercise. Extremely competitive pricing and zero delivery fee which we always seem to get hit for in Byron.

Absolutely amazing service and help from the sales rep Quentin. We struggle to find the right furniture for our new shop. Quentin went above and beyond with his professional advice and industry knowledge. I honestly didn’t think we could have had a better outcome going with anyone else. Highly , highly recommended.

We've just received our bar stools and are extremely happy with them. Top quality and comfortable. Easy to put together. Our whole experience with Nextrend has been fantastic - a phone conversation to ensure we were ordering the correct items, payment done online and delivery tracked and arrived in a matter of days. We purchased x4 bar stools for our kitchen and they are top quality. After going through five lots of stools purchased from other furniture places over three years, these ones have a 10 year warranty and are commercial grade. We recommend this company highly. Great service and product. Sales rep at Banyo was extremely helpful and convinced us about quality which was true. Delivery was v quick. We strongly recommend them and will go back whenever need similar furniture.

This is my first purchase with Nextrend for school furniture. I found their website easy to use and found the chairs and tables we required for our school staffroom easily.Dealing with their staff both online whilst on the website when I was first looking for products to the salespeople once I decided and placed my order was very professional and the staff extremely knowledgable.Once I placed my order we communicated via email and their responses were always quick and answered any queries easily.Part of our order, chairs, were delivered extremely quickly ordering. The tables are custom made but I am expecting them 17/1/22 as promised by Nextrend and hopeful they will arrive as expected. I will be using Nextrend in the future for further office and possibly classroom furniture.

We have purchased out door pool furniture for all 3 of our Queensland hotels (Gold Coast, Brisbane & Palm Cove) from Josh and the team at Nextrend Furniture. The service we have received has always been exemplary with nothing being too much trouble. Delivery has always been prompt and within the promised time frames. In terms of the products we have found that they stand up well to the punishment of hotel guests and still look brand new. Awesome service with a huge range of quality products availablefor order. With extremely competitive pricing. Finding the right product which for us was the anthracite manaco lounges and table, made easy by the website and consulting with the sales rep Leroy. Deliverey was very fast from order date, with the whole process of buying made very simple and easy.
