I was really disappointed when I visited the store yesterday. We just brought our first puppy so I heading to my local store to buy everything that we need. I approached a lady and asked for help as I didn’t know what to buy and she just brushed me off and pointed me to the area for food and toys. Didn’t want to really help at all. I ended up leaving the store and went to another pet store who’s service was amazing. They gave me a book and went through everything I needed to bring our puppy home.

This people put discounts but then charge full price, they're hoping you don't realize, lucky for me I realize after they charge me, but then they have the audacity to tell me it's my fault for not realizing on time and that they are not sure if they can refund me now, I have to request talk to the manager for them to see if they can, this employee get angry with me because its only $1.75 (for me is the principle), in the end they did gave me the refund after more than 10 minutes of waiting, and this employee was very angry at me and very rude. Clearly a scam strategy going on in this business.

My go to petbarn. I don't really do a lot of shopping here I just mainly come for the DIY dog wash. Always makes my doggos smell so fabulous and so much better than the Petstock DIY wash.Staff has always been friendly. I will keep coming here :)

Just wanted to say thank you to the grooming staff for the genuine, gentle and loving care they have shown to my dogs over the years. Maxy Oi Oi (RIP), and now Ruby, who as a rescue can get quite anxious at times. Today, I peeked in the window, and saw them giving little Miss Ruby a kiss and a cuddle after clipping her nails, before very gently lifting her off the table on to the floor once finished. The genuine affection these ladies have for the animals in their care is just fabulous. Thank you

Called before driving to the Mentone store to ask about anti barking collars. The girl in the phone was very nice and said oh we have plenty of different options just come and have a look and ask the girls at the front that they will assist you, after driving for half hour all I got was oh this is all we have and for small dogs and we are sorry for that! Which is not good enough. Very disappointed ☹️ would

Never had a ‘ bad’ experience here, staff v helpful and if they don’t have the answer they will try their best to point you & your pet in the right direction.Professional, friendly and knowledgeable…what more could you ask for?? ;))
