After recently being diagnosed with a mast cell tumour, they have gone above and beyond to make this difficult journey comfortable for him, and have shown us so much care, empathy and support. I arrived home this afternoon to one very sick dog. I called this vet, where I normally take my dogs/ They close at 6pm. It was 5:15pm and I asked if they could see my dog as a matter of urgency. There's was no mention of 'oh sorry we're fully booked'. All I got was if you bring him in now you will need to pay an after hours consult, but it's 5:15pm and I'm 10 minutes away. Again, I was told you'll still need to pay an after hours consult of $300. I hung up. If I could give no stars I would.I rang another vet in the area who I had never been to before. They too closed at 6pm. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Told me to bring him down straightaway. They thoroughly checked him over and gave him an injection and medication to take home. I left just after 6pm Total bill: $165Compassionate, caring and understanding. Took time to explain everything to me. Now my new vet.

Dr Scott is the greatest. He has cared for all our pets and treats each animal as though it is his own. Looks after the pet parent with compassion and empathy on each and every visit. Very down to earth and tells it like it is.

A very caring and supportive team. They always go the extra mile to ensure my animals are comfortable with any procedure. I highly recommend them.

Have been seeing Dr Scott for the past 13yrs. His seen all my dogs and cats over the years and have always found the service fantastic. My animals have always been very comfortable and when the time came to say goodbye the team was always very respectful.
