Don't stock some common medications. No explanation why. Best off going to a big chain than risk not having the stuff you need.

Do not go there! Worst place on earth. Needs to be closed down. They take forever only to screw up your prescriptions and not give your pbs covered prices. Absolute garbage!

Good for most things, but if you need Cold and Flu old formula" you need to get a script and they will order it in next day. This outlet is also an authorised NDSS Community Pharmacy."

Pretty nasty staff, there are ways to say no but they seem to enjoy to be nasty. They don't have any empathy. I don't recommend this place when there are plenty of wonderful pharmacies with much nicer staff.

Closest chemist to the Peninsula open after 6 pm worth the drive great service and easy to find and park

Please do a better job at taking allergens seriously. I specified my coeliac disease and sure enough the medication I brought home contained gluten anyway. If I had of taken it I would have ended up in hospital. Staff didn’t seem phased when I brought it back in and explained the situation. Please do better.

I have just been into the chemist I was sold a bottle of Gaviscon for my son with my scrips, wasn’t sure whether it was behind the counter or on the shelf, so I just asked the girl can she get me a bottle of Gaviscon? She did scanned it put it in the bag! I got home and realised she has given me aniseed flavour, so I just took it back to your shop this morning and a very rude young pharmacist! Told me I should’ve looked at the flavour before I bought it. I told him the girl scanned it and just put it in the bag. He said it’s not my problem mate you should have read what you were buying! I then told him the girl didn’t tell me what flavour she put in the bag. She just scanned it with my scrips. I simply wanted to swap flavours for my son.! He said it’s not my problem mate! I am 48 years old. I have never been spoken to by a shop assistant ever like that. It was disgusting.! I walked into Drakes, shaking to have the manager from that store. Agree with me how rude I was just treated.! He needs to be spoken to how dare he speak to a customer like that and call me mate yelling at me! Many thanks for your time

I have a come a few times, to have a lady be extremely rude and judgemental with the way she has spoken to me, I have spoken to others who have had the same experience:I don’t usually leave reviews but very upset how I was spoken to the other day.

I have asked for Omeprazole for my kid for the first time it was flavored and OK. But, second time it was unflavored and didn’t say to me. It was a waste of resources.
