Just bought flowers for a friend's birthday, I understand we are currently in a lockdown so we are limiting contact. But, I asked if I could have the same paper around the entire bunch to which she rudely said can you go outside and speak to me there.It was beyond difficult to hear due to the background noise of the music.She put little effort in customer service or the flowers.I'm very disappointed.. just trying to help small businesses during this time, as this USE to be my local florist for all occasions..

In a deep state of darkness - I paid $140 for bereavement arrangement and they added roses that were nearly dead…such lack of respect - I called to notify them to be told by “Alex” that the “brown” on the edges of light pink roses are fine and I don’t know anything about flowers - I wouldn’t buy anything from these guys..they’re just about making money :(

Went in to buy 4 x pots of succulents advertised for $10 each, they tried to charge double for no good reason. Also doubled the price of everything in store during Valentine's Day. Operated by cynical opportunists - not worth your time or money.

bought some tulips for my gf, customer service went above and beyond to make sure i was well taken care of even after i arrived quite late at night. had a lovely chat with the team and will definitely recommend and be coming back !!

Was freaking out because I had to have 2 corsages very last minute, fortunately the ladies at this florist were extremely prompt as I had them within half an hour! The attention to detail was astounding and you could tell that care and love was taken when assembling them. Will definitely return!!!

Pauline is responsible for bringing back to life my 7 year relationship which ended 5 months ago. Lisa, my future wife, loved the hot pink oriental lilies that had been so thoughtfully and skilfully arranged by Pauline as she patiently listened to the highs and lows of my love story. Thank you.
