I went to Zara in Karrinyup today. when I checked out in the counter, there were the prices different from the tag. I waited a while for the manager to come and correct the price. However when the manager with long hair and wore glasses came and ask the clerk how long I have been waiting. The clerk said that it had been a while. The manager had very bad attitude in front of me even didn’t say sorry to me. It was your system went wrong there’s not my problem. Very worse experience than ever.

The staff here are wonderful! The sexy dark haired man at the woman’s checkout was super lovely and polite and even helped check the system for sizing for me

It's 2023, why arent you open past 5.30pm on more weekdays?Extended trading on weeknights has been allowed for 13 years now.

Don’t go there unless you want your day ruined. The tall asian girl working in the women’s changing room was the rudest person I have ever met. She was very impolite in every way possible.

The only option for checkout is self-serve, which is fine, except the registers would not pick up any of my items. The help button said contact staff". There were none around

If you are feeling like a poor customer service, that’s the right place for you.I was waiting in the queue for exchanges, behind a man who was being assisted by a staff member. After she finished, she simply closed the counter and left me there. When I saw her leaving, I thought she was just doing something else to help me the man, until minutes later another woman told me that I could do the exchange with the front counter because that one (for exchanges) was unattended. I explained to her the situation and I told her the person there saw me on the queue and just closed it without telling me? When I looked around the person who closed that queue was organising clothes in the fitting room. Total disrespect! The woman who approached me found someone else to assist me. No apologies at all, poor service.The store in the CBD is way better!

Rude staff. I was looking at clothes on a rack when one staff member asked to return a garment to my right. Before I knew it, she leant across me and replaced it on the rack. I then went to the change rooms and was asked how many garments I had. There were 3 but I was shot a 'really' look and asked about the 4th one I'd 'forgotten', which was actually my jacket. H&M here I come!change rooms

Fitting room staff is so rude. I walked out from the fitting room and nobody assisted me to get back the items I didnt buy. I bought few pants and shirts and got some eyes starring at me. Their attitude seemed to mad at every customer coming to the store. Later on, I went directly to the counter without trying on other items just because of unfriendly staff.Its a horrible experience. Its your loss. I definitely wont come back there ☹️
