The team at Dennis' computers always respond to our issues in speedy fast time! If the problem can't be fixed remotely they head to site. Makes a huge difference in a busy workplace. Also helpful with suggestions to improve workplace efficiency.

Dennis has been supporting our College for the last 20 years and his expertise has been invaluable to us. Context: Dennis Computers have supplied much of our hardware over recent years (servers, managed switches, multiple workstations, screens etc), software (including MSSQL licensing and configuration, Storage Craft backup software, Windows Pro workstation etc), provide ongoing remote real-time antiviral, malware monitoring, security certification etc. They have even taken over day to day management of the entire system several times over recent years when our in-house IT has been on annual leave for a month at a time.Pros: They have provided balanced and considered advice in discussions around upgrade and maintenance options. Hardware supplied has been fit for purpose, from reputable manufacturers and reliable, on the rare occasion supplied equipment has had a fault, replacement has been timely and hassle free. Software supply has been transparent with good license maintenance and renewal, and even remote installation of some major upgrades. Assistance to our IT administrator has been available for configuration. They have regularly been available for technical assistance and advice even to the extent that they have even coped with occasional dealings with end users when neither our manager or our IT administrator was available. Costs and charges have always been fair and reasonable.Cons: Not a lot that I can think of at the moment. Went through a period where contact was a little sluggish but this seems to be good now.

Dennis' Computers have provided our company with IT support since 2014 from hardware, hosting services to complex mapping requirements. The team have always provided us with timely responses to IT issues. We highly recommend Dennis and the team!
