Staff were minimal and the young man on the counter was far from helpful.All the systems were down and couldn’t assist with part knowledge and all the staff went on lunch at the same time and couldn’t assist with fittings. After waiting 30 minutes for a light fitting I left, Albury store is by far better than the disappointing service here. Won’t be back.

Adam and Taylor were very helpful in finding me and my husband a new battery, it was incredibly busy but they still made time for us. Couldn't install it the same day but offered places around that could. Will be back

Staff are very nice and helpful.Unfortunately the store doesn't have the full range of products like the Albury one, probably due to less space.Went in to return a product that didn't work. Ladies at the counter were very understanding and processed my refund immediately

Dropped in to get a new battery . Legendary service and very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I needed . Was in and out pretty quickly. Price matched without asking . Have always had good service here and cannot rate them highly enough . Only place I’ll go to .
