I would give zero star. Have an appointment for inspection on 11:15am, and arrive at 11:35am. I was told the agent left site about 11am, tooks half hrs to drive from sunnybank to algester. After arrived then told us he does not have the key for the property we want to inspect.

Not bad experience with them, but few things which they have to improve is that they didn’t respond ontime, but if they had any issue they emailed immediately and response as well but if we needed something then they didn’t get anything. they allowed owner to enter in property without any notice, which wasn’t i like, Then they didn’t take any action. But they help us alot regarding bond, which I appreciate. Thanks

Red flags from the very beginning! Extremely unprofessional in the way they deal with customers. Terrible phone manner and don't like you to ask questions or raise concerns. Expect money upfront before seeing any kind of agreement. AVOID!

Probably one of the worst property management team and agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This used to be Ray White Runcorn, the business owner went bankrupt and skipped the country. The Australian Federal Police are still after him.John White – the new business owner of now renamed Harcourts now runs the place, with some of the legacy staff from Ray White, with a similarly indifferent and poor attitude.On another occasional I had to contact John regarding a very noisy tenant in a property he managed. Police had been called over 7 times in less than 1 month, however John was always quick to dismiss my complaint despite pointing out the tenants were in breach of their rental agreement. John’s response was “it’s not our responsibility, but a civil matter”. Why bother having tenants sign a rental agreement if you don’t hold them to their obligations?I suppose as the business owner he doesn’t care so long as he’s receiving his management commission. Don’t bother supporting this business. Plenty more agents with better attitudes and quality of service.

Fast response to any enquiries or concerns I have as a tenant. Yumi and Rom have excellent customer service, always polite and professional. Jeff is very approachable and willing to help.

I see you guys are advertising a granny flat at chancery street.I hope your tenant selection is better than many others. I am a long term tenant in the street and hate noisy, dirty, disrespectal people. I would encourage your managment to update your contract about noise and cleanliness. At the moment, i have written two stars to prove us otherwise.

H1 Real Estate is very reliable, honest and effecient when it comes to doing any services when your house is being rented out. They will look after you in many ways if you want to rent, buy or sell your property.

Pretty bad, find other property, don't rush
