Coffee Journey by Sugar Browning Coffee Roaster

Took my daughter here for a nice coffee and had a most enjoyable experience. We happened to be the only customers at that moment and the service we received was friendly and outstanding. I love the homely, welcoming and interesting atmosphere of Coffee Journey - everywhere you look is something you can talk about. The decorations and art works change but the coffee seems to always be quite good. The location is only about 250 metres from the beach so you can walk there afterwards or shelter out of the sun and wind if you prefer.In winter there is a cosy fireplace to get close to, and you can always stock up on some nice beans for home. Keep up the great work Coffee Journey.

Lovely coffee but they need more staff. During the morning rush on 2/3/23 there was one poor young bloke working by himself. Felt so sorry for him. The boss needs to hire more people and also be there in the morning.

Excellent well made coffee! Great coffee shop with light meals and snacks to compliment your coffee. Unique setting and ambience inside with all things coffee, outside seating as well. Prompt, friendly, efficient service. Also stocks some coffee making supplies

Love the decor here, it had a real comfy feel to it. Service was great. The long black was spot on, but the latte wasn't so good. It lacked some coffee flavour, and the milk wasn't microfoamed, and a bit too hot. I may try again when I'm in the area.

Very average coffee, firstly it's quite weak and not unique in any respect. Almost taste like water. Poor coffee art (if none at all). Very unappealing for a 4.80 coffee. However, Very friendly staff and good location! Great for family and friends to meet before heading to beach.

Was welcomed into the cafe by a lovely young man named Luca. Most friendly customer service ever received. Was recommended and iced oat latte. it did not disappoint. Thank you so much Luca

Coffee Journey was without a doubt a journey, an arduous journey. The cafe has great decor, albeit there are more dreamcatchers than I'm comfortable with. The service was slow, aloof and inattentive and I thought the young guy with the man bun was operating on a different plane of existence.I ordered the carrot cake, which looked moist and voluptuous but turned out to be hard and crumbly like a stale old damper.The banana bread, however, was excellent and I was asked if I'd like it toasted and buttered, it came with neither and was sent back; when it arrived a second time it wasn't buttered. On the third visit by the waiter, the butter eventually came but without a knife, so I improvised and used my fork and my finger to spread it.Apparently, the coffee was good though?Not recommended.

We randomly stopped here on the way home and I’m so glad we did, the coffee and the service was fantastic. The owner is really lovely and passionate about her cafe and the coffee is divine. Will visit again soon!

Been here a couple of times. Didn't love the coffee the first time but thought I would give them a second go. This confirmed my thoughts that I won't be going back. Cappuccino was so hot it killed all floavour of the coffee and was undrinkable.
