Wen is a Top guy who is a friendly professional specialist in all things Euro.I contacted him about servicing my 2010 BMW 123d (Diesel), he was able to email me a quote the same day & service my car 2 days later, he was on time, Wen was happy to answer all my questions about my car, he only uses the best quality German parts but the bill was very affordable at the end, after the service Wen pressure washed under the bonnet and made everything look fantastic! Checked tyre wear, brakes etc.I can' tell you how good this guy is!If you drive a Euro car & want the best guy servicing your Car at an affordable price, then Wen is your guy.

Outstanding service. Wen was fantastic from start to finish. He did what he said he would do and then some. The service was as quoted, but before the service started, I mentioned I noticed the absorbent mat at the bottom of the engine had signs of a leak, but I did not know from where. During the service Wen eliminated oil and coolant as the culprits. He found the leak on a clamp above the fuel pump and repaired it even though it wasn't of the quote. Cleaned the engine and degreased the built up grime. The car is running well, and I no longer have a leak. I couldn't be happier with the work and the outcome. I will happily recommend ESA to anyone who has a European car.

In February 2023 ESA serviced and repaired my BMW M235i. Wen was very responsive to my request. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained various fault codes and possible causes and remedies. He impressed me with his knowledge and experience. Genuine BMW parts were sourced quickly and repairs undertaken quickly and efficiently. He ensured everything was working before finalising the service. I was so impressed with Wen's professionalism l subsequently asked him to complete a routine service. Wen is friendly, reliable and provided a great service for a good price. He even wiped down the interior and other parts to ensure my car was left Covid safe. I will be asking Wen to continue to look after my car and recommend him to anyone looking for top class service.

I am a mechanic myself and had no tools on me. I am traveling Australia and have a X5 e53 2006 diesel. The crank angle sensor had died and left me stranded. No one else was able or willing to help. The local BMW dealership were shocking customer service. I got hold of euro speciality automotive and although fully booked out came to our aid and did what was a very hard job. He was kind, caring and professional. Being a mechanic myself I was impressed with his attention to detail and knowledge. I wish I lived local so I could use him on a regular basis. Very reliable person, serviced my car with only the best product that he could ever use, every car parts he used are German made, including the engine oil is also from german.The best part about his business is Mobile, he’ll come to you for your services instead you looking for that workshop.Highly appreciated it conveniences and very much recommended for his business.

My SLK 300 mercedes has been serviced twice by wen now and enjoying knowing he is honest by letting you know before work done how much it will cost. He is very knowledgeable and experienced trade man.My last service he made time to fit me in his busy schedule which is great for me. When he has finished servicing your car he cleans and polishes the engine area he leave very clean.I thoroughly recommend wen services you won't be disappointed.

Great company to deal with. ESA are trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. ESA do what they promise, and they deliver on time!My Mercedes Benz CLA250 car broke down on a Friday afternoon. My local Mercedes dealership were not going to be able to help me for at least 3 days. I called ESA and they promised to come to my house that afternoon, even at such late notice. They diagnosed the problem, identified parts needed, promised to get them, and returned to my house on Monday and fixed my car. ESA were excellent to deal with and I would have no hesitation in using them for all of my future car servicing needs.

Today Wen worked on my 330i BMW as a major service and to say I'm astonished is an understatement. Wen came to my own house to work on the car in the garage and allowed me to watch and explained everything he did as part of the service and most importantly, why. Having a mechanic that you can trust isn't ripping you off is an awesome feeling as a car enthusiast.He was extremely thorough throughout the entire day and absolutely no corners were cut. I had some dodgy performance work done because I cheaped out on it and Wen was able to fix it and ensured everything was secured and functioning as normal.He also identified several maintenance points that I'd missed and I learnt lots as a result. The amount of knowledge that Wen possesses is unbelievable, and he's the most friendly mechanic I've ever met.Overall, I'm extremely impressed and the other reviews here go to show the effort and work Wen puts into his Customer's cars. The price was fantastic for the work carried out, but most importantly the quality.Definitely using ESA again.Cheers.

Cannot recommend Wen and ESA more highly. It genuinely feels like a dealership quality service conducted in your own garage. Wen is a great communicator, provides clear quotes, turns up when he says he will and completes all work to a high standard. It's obvious that Wen knows his stuff and his advice is genuine with no pressure like others I have used. If you are looking for a quality mechanic that knows european cars, call ESA - you won't regret it.
