Shocking customer service, the worst I have ever experienced shopping online! Purchased items online that they did not have, instead of trying to contact me first they went ahead and substituted for cheaper" alternatives that I did not want

Very professional staff that are always willing to help and advise. A great variety of food including fresh organically grown fruits and vegetables as well as lots of food alternatives for those with food allergies or intolerances. Great range of body and health care products as well as home care products. Some really good locally made products as well supporting our local artisans. Market baskets and shopping bags along with other environmentally friendly products. And weekend workshops for those interested in picking up some new skills.
