I purchased from Adelaide Heating & Cooling, and the service was exceptional. I may have been lucky but due to a cancellation, we were able to get the new unit installed a few days after accepting the quote. And the 2 young men installing it were prompt, thoughtful and very efficient, with nothing forgotten, and the gas fitter came virtually immediately after they had finished. Since then the company has followed up to check that it had been installed and every thing was working.

Contacted Derek from Weather World by phone as our old unit was on the way out.Derek was very prompt to attend and gave a us, in full detail, what his recommendation would be and suggested the unit to purchase with an all up price,The new unit was installed within 10 days as promised and is working like a charm. Paul arrived promptly to quote on the installation of a replacement gas ducted heating system and a written quote was received that afternoon. Damien and Jacob arrived a fortnight later to instal the system without an issue and took away the old system. Jacob clearly explained how the new controller worked. Couldn't be happier with the new Braemar system so far.

5 Star Service from Wades Gas in Horsham Vic after last gas ducting unit died.. Adam and staff were quick to order new gas ducted unit from Braemar and fitted all in a week.. forever grateful for their quick and professional service as I've always received for the last 30 years.. cheers Sharon & Matt

Extremely professional from my first contact with them, salesman came out assessed what was already there and noted sizing of ducting. Suggested several options, we went with his recommendation which we are very happy with. The performance and noise levels are fantastic, the installers were very good and explained the system and how to get the best out of it. I highly recommend this company.
