John & Natalie are so informative and friendly which is such a relief when enrolling young children. The classes are small and John is very attentive and patient, my 4-year old LOVES IT!!

John's classes are a great balance of being supportive, and instilling discipline and self-control. The classes are inclusive and include all sorts of people. Natalie is very capable and helpful with all the admin. If you think your kids would enjoy martial arts, they'll flourish here.

Such a wonderful coach in Master John! He's so amazing with all the kids. Great classes & interactions. The classes teach focus, discipline, agility, confidence, self-defense and persistence. My kid loves it.Can not recommend highly enough to all parents and their kids.
