Similar to previous reviews, I work in the centre and come to get my coffee from here but have since stopped. The woman serving today insisted on serving other people before me even though I was waiting in line before them. It was very clear she was avoiding eye contact with me and didn’t want to serve me. If it hadn’t been for the customer in front of me saying “oh she was first” , she would’ve continued on. She was very rude, didn’t apologise which leads me to believe it was intentional. Avoiding eye contact with me during the whole transaction and cutting me off by telling me the price even though I wasn’t finished ordering.The only person who can make a decent coffee at this place is Kenny, everyone else leaves me with a horrible customer service experience everytime.Kenny, keep doing what you’re doing.

Pesto penne pasta was said to have chicken in it (I asked the clerk specifically and they confirmed chicken) only to sit down and eat and find not a shred of chicken! Only zucchini, tomato, eggplant (?) capsicum and basil. Extremely disappointing.I would like to say lovely staff, and the bread items to be very delicious - but the pasta (i've also purchased the cream penne and it was just alright, again the chicken was the highlight which is why i asked about chicken protein for this pesto one!) leaves much to be desired both times I've purchased it.Stick to the breads or choose somewhere else!edit: Sent an email as directed and its been several days with no reply. Strange that a reply to a mediocre review is done within hours - yet the follow up emails are not given the same treatment. Seems like the owner may be just doing a lip service on the likely chance that unsatisfactory customers won't want to communicate further... And if the customer does, they just ignore it... I gave them over 2 weeks and have received no contact, they're just crooks. Wouldn't support again.

Never going back there. I have been there so many time. I have 3 rewards along with coffee but there staff being lair and refused to give me any discount. As a result my 2 rewards run out of date today.. absolutely ridiculous.

Worst experience ever in my life…bought a red bull and after taking some time to buy some container foods, they had put my redbull back in the fridge….i meanthe person (one with the black t- boy) who served me the redbull thought i have forgotten and yhh he told the girl at the front to put it back….Yooo this is something serious guys…bad customer service…this is not how you do business ….won’t last long if u keep doing this for customers..Its alright to do for dementia customers…lolIts kinda funny at some point

Customer service was prompt and efficient. However the food purchased wasn't that great. With the chicken schnitzel pasta salad,the pasta was very much undercooked. Not enjoyable to eat at all. This is a couple times this has happened. I'm guessing it's standard practice how short a time that pasta is cooked. Not good at all.

The staff can just speak English..., the roll was shocking almost no filling the both ends where empty of any food for about 2 mouths full... coffee was good. But I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else. Very poor.

I am a worker in the centre and often frequent soul origin for my lunch on my breaks. However, I am hesitant to do so any more as the customer service is horrible. You would think that the girls would be sympathetic of all workers in the centre during these busy times. Yesterday I got in line and waited to be served, I had a late break and so their salads were already pre packed and I couldn't see what was in them yet until I got to the front. When I did I said hi and it wasn't even 10 seconds of me looking to see what they had that the girl had given up and began serving someone else behind me. This is not the only time that the girls have been rude and dismissive.

Terrible customer service as these girls cant have a simple smile or thanks to the customer. Coffe prices are expensive than maccas . Girls should be trained to have a simple thanks and smile to the customers at least when they sell expensive things for no reason. Terrible staff
