Ordered a ride on mower complete rim and tyre 2 weeks back.told it would arrive last Thursday. Received 2 calls saying it had arrived that week. Went to the store and told that it hadn't arrived??? Apparently they tried to call they claim" -however no voice mail and they can't remember when they called? Shocking service-il never deal with this bunch again. It's no wonder online trade is having an impact on business Like this."

Dropped the whipper snipper in first thing Monday morning and it was literally 45 minutes later I got a message saying it was done. Good service, reasonable price

Very pleased with their service today. I went to fix our mower and they fixed it in a few hours. ( I mentioned that I need to pick it today and they made and effort to have it fixed in a few hours). I appreciated their help to take the mower out of the car and put it back in the car.

Talked to the service provider 4 weeks ago now in regards to my Rover bought 3 months ago. The ride on has problems pushing the grass into the catcher. What I was told that the blade is not the correct for that model and they will call me in 2 weeks. Still no phone call and if they have the correct blade.
