I found out WSoft when I was searching to upgrade new POS system for Our Cafe which need to included the Online Ordering website. Jan the director was very helpful from very first message I sent out. All the paperworks , installation and training was happen very quick and very straightforward. I can see very passion team which their hearts to build up good POS system for Australian needed. Love my wpos system. Its easy to use & loving the new in store pick up ordering & delivery options to help grow our business. Support team is always on point & there to help if there’s any issues or questions I need answered. Would definitely recommend for any business.

Cannot recommend Wsoft enough. It's extremely easy to set up and train staff on. Jan has been very easy to deal with, he helped me understand the important features I needed for my Asian restaurant in Melbourne. I needed something that could print in another language for the kitchen staff. He set up my menu on there (there's over 100 items). The software is intuitive and modern and it connected to my CBA EFTPOS without any issues.
