Storage King Springwood

Sue and Kylie at Storage King Springwood have been absolutely amazing. They have been very flexible and understanding during my process of moving from Victoria to Queensland and while things were up in the air awaiting my entry permit they followed up with me regularly and accommodated my situation with patience. They really made the whole process as stress-free as possible and made storage one less thing to worry about. Thank you so much to Sue and Kylie! Would definitely recommend!

My name is Saintly Star. I have been with Storage King Springwood since 2016 or 2018. I spoke to Leeanne (a staff) at your Springwood Qld Branch today Monday 21 February 2022 at about 1:25pm. She has been working there for 3 months (I think she said). She is the kind of employee an employer cannot afford to lose. For a short time she has been there, she isalready showing her skills quality. She has pleasant personality and professional ton of voice and excellent communication. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean easy to access. Gate is really slow to open but at least you get a rest after all that packing and lifting.Wish my unit had a light.

Great location, easy to access, Storage King Springwood is everything you would want in a Storage Facility. The Office staff are fantastic and very helpful. This is the first time I have ever had to use a storage facility and the girl in the office was so helpful and friendly. She gave me a good deal on the 1st floor. She even offered me the use of their delivery truck for free. Good Service, Reliable and Clean. I would recommend them to everyone (and I have done) great work guys.:)

I've held a unit with Storage King Springwood for a number of years and have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere the staff create. Nick (who now works for ED QLD) Sue and Leeanne have made my stay enjoyable and positive. Their friendly and positive demeanor are a credit to their workplace. Excellent friendky service. Very easy to arrange month to month storage. Just one hassle was lift access to upper floors was delayed on the day of move due to others needing to use lift at same time. This meant additional cost for Removalists on the day.
