We had leaked tabs and wanted to replace a toilet. Gary has made it easy being very responsive. All the installations were done with great quality and at reasonable price. Gary has also found a contractor to fix out old bath tub and gave us advise on the best way to approach some minor bathroom renovation.

Our toddler's toy had gone down the bath waste, blocking the outflow. It couldn't be reached. Gary treated this as an emergency, came the same day after his normal hours, and stayed till 6.30pm to clear the blockage while charging day-time rates (and no call out). Excellent value. His professionalism and commitment made a big difference for a family with a baby and a toddler!
