There is one pharmacist who keeps asking questions about my scripts like he’s my doctor. Assuming that my migraines are medication overuse headaches. Well golly gosh I wish I had thought about that at least once in the last 7 years of having migraines!And he brings it up every single time I go and get my scripts too! As if I’m doing something wrong! Feels very judgy. And I’m pretty sure outside of a pharmacists’ scope of practice.

Pharmacy is completely understaffed to forfill the prescription workloads after hours, wait times are excessive. Bosses putting profits before people. Workers should unionise and demand manageable workloads.

My doctor sent a script to chemist warehouse bit unfortunately they didn't have it in stock so Penny sourced it at another chemist as she knew how urgently I wanted to start this medication...she went above and beyond..Her customer service was one of the best I have ever experienced...a huge thankyou Penny you are an absolute asset to chemist warehouse gympie..

Have been going to this chemist for years.There are a couple of ladies that work there during the week (not pharmacists), who are so helpful, who are the reason I’ve kept going there all these years.There was one helpful & friendly young lady (maybe with a NZ accent) there today. But whoever was running the show today was a shocker. You wasted so much of my time today and made worse an already stressful situation. You didn’t listen to anything I said. In the end I could not get out of your store quick enough.I ended up going to another pharmacy who had what I needed in stock and was happy to fill my other script with absolutely no fuss.I won’t be back.

Lovely customer service but, are extremely busy. I order my scripts in and do click and collects when I'm very busy that day. Would recommend this to everyone. Ps. Car parks are small but manageable.

The female pharmacist on afternoon shift 13 Dec is quite rude, was harassing me and raising her voice over me in front of all customers and repeatedly interrupted me. Overall super unpleasant experience, stay clear from this store...

Fix your opening times! Advertising online that you're open until 11PM while on the doors it's 10PM is not funny. I drove last night half n' hour after work to get my medication only for the doors to be closed right in front of me at 10PM. If you can print the opening times on a piece of paper and laminate it, you can do a few clicks and change it on your website too.

Went here just last week with my friend to try to buy a cologne. Trouble was, I had lots (and I mean it, bordering on 10) of different ones I wanted to try out. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful, didn't show any sign of annoyance even though I'm sure I was being super annoying. One of the ladies was very knowledgeable about which changes scent with time and which doesn't, and even suggested similar ones matching my preference of scents. 150% professional staff.
