Amazing ideas! Sarah and her team did a complete make over with a very tired investment apartment. With the renovation we were able to ask for more rent & it only took a week to rent out! We thought it would be a daunting task trying to get our Sydney CBD 2 bedroom apartment totally renovated as we currently live in the US. We have owned the apartment for 25 years and have never undertaken any updates so we were opened to ideas. Sarah and Lucy provided several suggestions and unlike other designers were prepared to give us a line by line budget. We had never considered taking down walls and re-structuring bathrooms and kitchens but they did. They took care of all approvals and engaged the right tradesmen to arrive at a finished product which all real estate agents who have taken a look at the apartment say 'stunning, beautiful and wow!'. We can't thank them enough and our only regret is they are not here to renovate our New York apartment. Highly recommend them.

We hired MI Designer for design services during the renovation of our entire apartment. Wow, was this choice a life saver! Lucy helped us make decisions around overall concept for the apartment, including choosing color palate and materials for tiles, floors, walls, doors, cornices, tap ware, cabinetry, appliances, etc. Sometimes you don't want to look through hundreds of options for cornices, for example, and you just want someone, who knows what they're doing, to narrow it down for you. Decisions were needed quickly for our builders, and Lucy responded to us in a timely fashion (sometimes same-day, when needed) to help us make practical, affordable, and aesthetically pleasing decisions within the unique constraints of our ever-changing situation. The process was stressful enough, and I cannot imagine doing it without her expertise. She took such a massive stress load off of our shoulders. We are very happy with our home and would hire her again.
