I received Good customer Service from Staff, im glad they were helpful so i could decide which size storage unit to go to choose from. The Units and entire complex is clean. Lots of trolleys provided. I am a Happy Customer.

Ash & Deb are absolutely amazing. Both ladies helped me out with a very sticky situation I had with a removalist. They both rang around looking for a suitable removalist until they found someone for us. Both you ladies went above & beyond to help. If l could give you a 10 ⭐️ l would , Thank you so much.

Ashleigh, who runs the place, is one of the best operators around. I was given a fantastic price that was much cheaper than others I had looked at. Her customer service is second to none. She's always happy to give a helping hand. Really happy to be storing a Storage King Minchinbury. Would definitely recommend you talk to Ashleigh.

Bad experience! When I sign the lease for the storage the lady told me that even if I have 2 weeks notice as long i was going into the office before the end of the month she could have fix it for me. Today I went to vacate and another lady told me that I supposed have given two weeks notice and that I have to pay $230! I always use kennards and never have a problem! They even give you back the money for the weeks you haven’t used. Never see me again

On the same day I asked for an enquiry Debbie got back to me straight away and I was hiring a storage unit within hours. I really appreciated Debbie and her customer service skills really felt valued and to be honest.. I was sold after speaking with her on the phone. Thanks Deb!Also, it's a keyless lock. Locks via an app which is super cool and place always looks clean.
