Steve helped me out when my VW Passat unexpectedly wouldn't start while out shopping at a local supermarket. He was fast to attend, and very honest in his assessment. He ended up saving me money and getting me back on the road by replacing the battery instead of towing the car. When my car refused to engage a gear at a busy intersection I called 5 tow truck companies who all claimed to be too busy when they found out the short distance of the tow required.
