Richard was lovely and helpful, even gave me a mask when I couldn't find mine in my bag, and saved me from going out in the rain to retrieve one from my car.But the woman that was there was rude and abruptly reminded me we have been wearing masks for 2 years so I should have known, she also sold the item (only one left in store) that Richard had put aside for me to pick up, so I had to travel in pain with a broken toe to Carrum Downs.I would not have this woman serve me ever again.

Richard at Berwick was very helpful and caring BUT do not go in if the woman is there, she was very rude, I had to drive to Carrum Downs (with a broken toe) because she had sold the item that Richard had put away for me...avoid her at all costs

Nikki was wonderful with my mother. She listened to her needs and was able to understand and advise which recliner would work best for her. I was especially pleased that coastcare were able to arrange delivery that day too. Thanks for all the help.

From the first phone call with Nicky at the Berwick branch to finding the perfect mobility aid for my mum I was totally impressed. There is a wide range, competitively priced and the staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks for wearing masks to protect my mum!

My Occupational therapist had made an appointment 2 weeks prior to my appointment. When we arrived we were greeted and we relayed that we had an appointment. We were the only ones there so the sales assistant started to begin the appointment. No sooner as she started she left us to help 2 other customers and we were just pushed aside. Now l need to go through the trail again. Very unprofessional and a waste of everyone's time. Not good enough will be going elsewhere.

Service delivery was appalling. The over toilet seat (booked a fortnight prior) and promised to arrive on the Friday with my elderly husband being discharged from hospital on the Sunday after major surgery was a no show. They could not have shown less concern. The driver was apparently too busy. I had to ring around and borrow one. Other equipment ordered finally arrived on Monday afternoon. Also, prices shown do not include GST. A most disappointing and unprofessional business. Not recommended.

I purchased here some time ago & the staff were very nice, bent over backwards to get what I needed & even waited for me as I was a little late, stuck in traffic. Excellent service.

Shoddy service. I called to check the item I wanted was in stock. I was promised that although it wasn't in stock at Berwick they would get it in from another store that afternoon and that they would ring when it arrived. No phone call. I felt like I was trapped in Groundhog Days as this happened for the next three days. Needing to have the item I called again to be told that the item was in and needed assembling - I tried to tell the woman that I didn't want it assembled but she hung up. When I got to the warehouse discovered that it was the wrong item and the one I wanted was still not in. I ended up having to drive down to Carrum Downs. They said that it needed assembling before they could let us have it. We insisted and they relented. Anyone who has merely visited Ikea would have been able to assemble the item which needed four screws and one allen key.The staff seemed harassed, disinterested and fed up.Very disappointing and very irritating. I shan't go there again.Avoid unless you enjoy surly sloppy service.The item I bought has proved to be very good - so they reclaim one star for that.
