Great customer service, was recently contacted by their in-house interior designer Teresa who was doing some PR follow up. I mentioned I needed something rectified and she acted on my request immediately very responsive and the 2 service guys Ben & Simone have the best Can Do" attitude. Very pleased with the furniture and quality. You can really tell the difference between nice designer items and cheap imports. Our family room lounge is the best and most relaxing piece ever. Highly recommend them

This place is awesome for anyone looking for high-end Italian furniture. It may b a little pricey but so well worth it. The sales guy Andre was very helpful and accommodating to our specific requests. Thank you Andrea! We highly recommend Milano furniture!

I have been in the furniture Industry in excess of 40 years as supplier and retailer over that time. Therefore I can be very critical of sales and service.I know that you get what you pay for so it was not unexpected that we were treated royally. I could find no fault in the telephone manner, salesmanship, delivery service and after sales service. Requests were met with instant and courteous responses.Many retailers question and appear to doubt the veracity of the person reporting a fault, whether minor or major. Not so with Milano.....Top marks Guys !

You get what you pay,Its worth it,and cheaper price product from Itali comprare to other italia product shops in Sydney ,friendly staffs n helpful ,love to come here ,we spend Dinning table ,dinning chairs,sofa ,bed,lights .. all gor our home ,thank you Andrew and other staffs

This is a store with some high quality, Italian made furniture. The brands they represent are well made with a European look and feel. Styling instore is impressive and well spaced layout on both levels. Not all stock on display is instantly available, but you can order and have a choice of colours and materials if you like to wait, produced and import from the manufacturer. Prices are on the high end of the market but if you are looking for something unique, with an Italian design to it, then this is the place to visit.

I ordered a few pieces of furniture for our new house and we are very pleased with them. The staff were very helpful with colours and ideas, in fact they go above and beyond with their whole interior design service and are very helpful with their knowledge of products.Although there was a little delay in delivery due to the COVID, Michelle in logistics arranged everything nicely. Their delivery team were also amazing, competent and very polite.
