Our Club has been using Document Solutions for over ten years and honestly, their service is fantastic. They attend to problems (if any) straight away. One time I called late in the afternoon and they had a technician there first thing the next morning.I can't fault them.

We struggled with small home office printer set ups over the years, going through a number of printers and could never get anything to work properly. Finally decided to step it up and contacted Document Solutions for help and it has had a massive impact.Matt and all the staff have been so helpful from start to finish, with product choice, installation and after sales check-ins.We now have no drop outs, seamless printing and scanning and our new little machine does so much more in such a small footprint.Highly recommend Document Solutions for any business size.
